هموطنان عزیز و مردم متدین افغانستان!

 ماه رمضان ماه رحمت و مغفرت الهی بوده که در آن علاوه بر عبادات جسمی و روزه گرفتن، مسلمانان به تزکیه نفس، صله رحم و عطوفت و مهربانی توصیه شده‌اند، اما متأسفانه ما در این ماه شاهد بودیم که دشمنان مردم و میهن ما نظامیان پاکستان و اجیران جنایت پیشه بیشتر از قبل دست به قساوت و جنایت در سرزمین بلا دیده افغانستان زده و حوادث پیهم و خونباری را در گوشه و کنار کشور ما از جمله در کابل، مزار شریف، کندز، کنر و خوست به راه انداختند.

 در تکان دهنده‌ترین ابعاد این جنایات می‌توان از حمله هوایی ارتش پاکستان بالای افراد ملکی در ولایات خوشت و کنر شامل زنان و اطفال و بمب گذاری در مساجد و عبادت گاه هموطنان گرامی اهل تشیع  در مزار شریف کندز و مکتب دشت برچی کابل یاد کرد.

 تروریستان و هراس افگنان با این اعمال فاجعه بار که باعث شهادت و زخمی شدن جمع کثیری از هموطنان بی‌گناه ما گردیدند بار دیگر چهره زشت ضد انسانی و ضد دینی خویش را برملا ساختند.

 هکذا شورای اروپایی حزب آبادی افغانستان در تمام این مصایب خود را همدرد و غمشریک مردم خویش دانسته و این اعمال ضد انسانی را به شدیدترین لحن تقبیح نموده، به خانواده‌های داغدیده ابراز تسلیت و به مجروحان آرزوی سلامتی می‌نماید.

 شورای اروپایی از نهادهای مسؤول بین‌المللی، سازمان ملل متحد،  کنفرانس اسلامی و نهادهای حقوق بشری تقاضا می‌نماید تا کشتار عمدی، گسترده و سیستماتیک برادران هزاره‌ و پیروان مذهب تشیع را که از مصادیق برجسته ارتکاب جنایت علیه بشریت است همچنان کشتار مردم بی‌گناه افغانستان توسط هواپیماهای پاکستان  را محکوم نموده و جنایتکاران را توسط څارنوالی و محکمه جزایی بین‌المللی مورد تعقیب وبر سی قرار دهد.

ما ضمن تقبیح این جنایات و نفرین بر عاملان آنها ، از مجامع بین المللی میخواهیم تا مطابق قوانین بین الملی حمله بالای مراکز ملکی و مردم عام را محکوم و رسیده گی مسؤولانه نمایند.

Dear compatriots of Afghanistan, Ramadan is a month of divine, mercy and forgiveness which besides the physical worship and fasting all Muslims are directed and advised God to cultivate the soul of mercy, compassion and kindness. But unfortunately in this month we have witnessed the enemies of our people and our homeland, the Pakistani armed forces and their mercenaries have been committing atrocities,crimes and bloodshed in the various part of the country such as Khost, Mazar e Sharif, Kunar and Kunduz.

The most shocking points of these crime was Pakistani air strikes  targeting civilians in Khost and Kunar alongside and  bombing schools, mosques and public places of worship for our Shiha brothers in Mazar e Sharif, Kunduz and Dashte Barchi  in Kabul.

These catastrophic events caused the martyrdom and wounded so many innocent people among them are the elderly, women and children. The terrorist and the enemy of our country are committing these crimes once again shows and proves their ugly inhumane and anti religious faces to the people of our country.

The European council of the Abaadi Party of Afghanistan consider itself sympathetic and feels the pain and suffering of our people and condemn these inhumane attacks in the strongest possible term. We also express and share our prayer and thoughts with the families who lost their loved ones and wish them wounded a quick and healthy recovery.

The European council of the Abaadi party of Afghanistan calls on the responsible international bodies, United Nations, the Islamic conference and human rights organisation to condemn and recognise the carried air strikes on civilians in Afghanistan by Pakistani forces as well as the widespread bombing attacks in public or places of worship, for the systematic killing of our Hazara brothers and followers of the shiha fraction as a war crime, fanatics cleaning and against humanity.

We want the international community to react as strong as possible to prospect the involved sources of these attacks and deliver fair justice to whom have been affected by these barbaric attacks through the international criminal tribunal system.

while condemning these attacks and cursing their perpetrators we extremely want and requests all involved parties of conflict in Afghanistan to stop targeting attacks to civilians and public places. They also should make their best efforts to secure peoples lives and civilians rights.
